When can I pick up my rentals?

We are closed during the summer except for confirmed appointments. In week 32, we are open 17:00-17:30 on Tuesday and 12:15-13:00 on Friday. From week 33 to 36, we are open every weekday lunch (12:15-13:00) and additionally 17:00-17:30 on Tuesdays. If the time do not suit you, please contact us.


Can you create a custom kit for my event?

Yes! Please contact us and we will design a custom setup for your specific needs.


Do you have discounts for THS organizations?

Yes, THS members and associations have a discount. The discounted prices are displayed on the equipment page.


What equipment do you have?

We have a large selection of lights, speakers, video equipment and all the cables and accessories you need to put it all together. Send us an email for more details.


Do you provide equipment and staff for events outside of Nymble and KTH?

Yes, of course! We provide equipment and staff in all of Stockholm!


Why hasn’t anybody responded to my email?

We usually respond within a week, but we are students who do this in our spare time, so sometimes - especially during exam periods - responses might take longer. And we will not answer emails regularly in summer until week 32.


How can I join RN? Are there any prerequisites?

Yes! Send us an email at rn@ths.kth.se and we’ll contact you as soon as possible. You do not have to have any previous knowledge, we will teach you everything you need to know!


What are the rental terms?

We have the following rental terms (in swedish):

Utrustningen skall lämnas tillbaka i det skick och nedpackat på samma vis som den hämtades i. Detta innebär att alla kablar skall rullas ihop snyggt och om något blivit smutsigt, kladdigt eller lämnats kvar tejprester på skall detta göras rent. 500 kronor per påbörjad arbetstimme faktureras kunden om RN behöver återställa utrustningen enligt ovan, efter att hyran lämnats tillbaka. 

Kunden ansvarar för att utrustningen inte blir stulen eller förstörd. Detta gäller även om RN närvarar som tekniker. Stulen utrustning ersätts av kunden. Kunden betalar alla skador som inte orsakats av RNs tekniker och/eller normal användning. Ersättning av utrustning och/eller reparation betalas till RN, enligt RNs bestämmande. Försäkring ingår med 0.5 prisbasbelopp i självrisk som betalas av kunden, alternativt ersätter kunden hela kostnaden, upp till 0.5 prisbasbelopp. Lämnas inte utrustningen in i tid utgår dagshyra för varje extra dag plus hyra för eventuell ersättningsutrustning.
